- Do you really think you’re the only one to think of this idea? Get over yourself. You’re not that smart.
- You know what your customers say they want. You can’t know until they write a check.
- Someone else is already out there doing it just a little differently, and there’s a reason for that difference.
- If you’re customers know what they want, they are already solving the problem somehow today. Why should they change?
- Ask yourself this question: can my customers live without my product/service? Now ask your customers.

It’s building something that your customers cannot avoid buying.
